How does Coaching work?
Taking place every 2 weeks the sessions will build your awareness and help you work towards your goals. We look at your mindset and the feelings and sensations connected with that to really increase your awareness and change your behaviours. Much like if you were to get a personal trainer, results do not only depend on sessions every 2 weeks, there will be work to do in between sessions, changing mindset and habits requires persistence!
Coaching is a powerful tool that helps you increase awareness and tap into what really matters to you. In our first session we will start to uncover where you are now, what you enjoy and what you would like to change. We will set some goals for what you are looking to achieve during the coaching journey and design how we want to work together.
We are all shaped by our experiences, families, cultures and everything around us. Through coaching we will look at the habitual patterns you have developed and how those appear in your mind as well as in your physical body. During a coaching programme we will work to clarify some of the following:
Discover your Values and Vision
Exploring what drives you and makes you feel alive. We all have a unique set of values, these are the things that are important to us and help us shape our purpose. When we are in tune with and live according to our values we feel a sense of fulfillment and aliveness, it is like a guiding light that helps us know we are on the right track. When we are not in tune with our values we can feel stuck and frustrated with ourselves, others and the world around us.
Uncover and tackle Saboteurs and Limiting beliefs
We can all feel held back, out of balance and dissatisfied with our lives at times. Often we are held back by limiting beliefs (or what we in coaching call Saboteurs or Inner critic), those thoughts and beliefs that are trying to keep us safe and protected but are not serving us when we strive to grow and thrive. These can be anything from ‘I’m not smart/knowledgable/rich enough to do this’ to ‘I am nothing without my achievements’. I will work with you to uncover and shine a light on some of the limiting beliefs and patters that hold you back and help you find ways to move past them.
I work 1-2-1 with clients, either face to face or via phone or video call for a minimum of 3 months. During this time we clarify what it is you are looking to achieve, identify the aspects that are holding you back and start making the changes needed to reach your goals. I’m here to help you see the things you might not have spotted yourself, hold you accountable and cheer you on as you are changing.

I work with groups to rediscover the purpose in what you are doing, creating a healthy company culture and improve working relationships. These can be one off sessions to refocus work and plan next step or a series of sessions to get to the bottom of what you are looking to achieve as a company, shape the team dynamics and create your ideal working processes.
